The ESCALATORS and the big LIFT are undergoing maintenence at present and may not be available. The small lift can take people with buggies and similar.  If you use a wheelchair please call us to check dimensions as not all chairs can fit into the small lift

 

The Science Centre is operating winter hours at present.  This means that we're open 10-3 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 10-5 at weekends.  Please check our opening hours before your visit. Thanks!

Hubble 3D (U) IMAX Cinema

The year is 1969 and like everyone else in the world Nat (Trevor Gagnon) a young fly, and his pals IQ (Philip Daniel Bolden) and Scooter (David Gore) are all abuzz over the upcoming launch of the first manned mission to the moon. Inspired by his Grandpas (Christopher Lloyd) oft-told tale of hiding aboard Amelia Earharts plane during her famous solo flight across the Atlantic, Nat hatches a secret plan for the three young flies to stow away aboard the Apollo 11 rocket. The hard part is keeping the plan a secret from his mum, Mrs McFly! (Kelly Ripa).
