Our school and educational visits for P2 - S2 pupils include the following activities:

Windfarm Bus Tour

See a real wind turbine up close and feel the power of the wind in our tour around Whitelee!

These huge structures are the same height as 25 double decker buses on top of each other!  Make your own measurements of wind speed and learn more about nature conservation and the wildlife that lives at Whitelee.

Exhibition Area

Spend time with the interactive, hands-on exhibits where you can build your own windfarm and test the power of the wind.

Workshops:

Wind, Rain or Shine (P2 –P4)

This fun and engaging workshop allows you to investigate how we can use nature to generate electricity.
